Terms of Service

Agreement

By using ActiveCred ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. ActiveCred is operated by ACTIVECRED.IT ("we", "us"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

ActiveCred is a subscription service that helps keep your credit card accounts active by running small, authorized charges ($0.50) on your linked cards each month. You authorize us to initiate these charges when you link a card.

Your Account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and a legal cardholder for every card you link.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current information and update it if it changes.
  • One account per person. Do not share your account or link cards you do not own.

Authorization for Card Charges

By linking a credit card to ActiveCred, you explicitly authorize us to charge $0.50 to that card each month for the purpose of maintaining account activity with your card issuer. You may revoke this authorization at any time by removing the card from your account.

Subscription and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you select.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

What ActiveCred Is Not

  • ActiveCred is not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment, credit, or financial advice.
  • We do not guarantee any specific credit score outcome. Credit scoring depends on many factors beyond account activity.
  • We do not guarantee that your card issuer will keep your account open. Issuers may close accounts for reasons other than inactivity.

Limitation of Liability

ActiveCred is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to: credit score changes, account closures by card issuers, or failed charges on linked cards.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or link cards you do not own. Upon termination, all linked card tokens are deleted and no further charges will be made.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.
